Bellevue Downtown Station, local and regional buses, rideshare services, and nearby road connections make it easy to reach the wider Eastside and Seattle, while a car remains useful for destinations farther from the city center.
Downtown Park, Old Bellevue, Main Street, Meydenbauer Bay, restaurants, cafés, shopping, groceries, and everyday essentials are all accessible from the surrounding neighborhood.
For many guests, walking is the easiest way to experience the immediate area while avoiding downtown traffic and parking.
Lime shared e-bikes, scooters, and seated gliders are available throughout Bellevue, offering a convenient way to make short trips around downtown without bringing a car.
Use the Lime app to locate and unlock a nearby ride, then connect with restaurants, shopping, parks, light rail, and surrounding neighborhoods. Riders should use bike lanes or paved multi-use paths whenever possible, follow the slow and no-go zones shown in the app, and park only in approved areas.
Bellevue Downtown Station connects the city with Seattle, Redmond, and the broader Link light-rail network. Local and regional buses provide additional connections throughout Bellevue and the surrounding Eastside.
Schedules and service conditions can change, so check current transit information before beginning your trip.
The 2 Line currently runs between Lynnwood and Downtown Redmond through Bellevue, with Bellevue Downtown Station also serving local and regional bus routes.
Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are commonly used throughout Bellevue.
They are especially convenient for luggage, airport transportation, evening plans, appointments, or destinations that are less practical to reach on foot. Pickup time can vary with traffic, weather, events, and demand.

Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Lake Washington, and nearby parks and trails are all within reach from Bellevue.
