The 29 Nights Preferred Members Club is reserved for guests we would be delighted to host—and host again.
Membership is extended to eligible returning guests who cared for our homes and were welcomed back by our team, as well as new guests referred by a trusted member of the 29 Nights community.
Membership is subject to verification and approval by 29 Nights.

The Preferred Members Club allows us to recognize the guests we know and trust—and welcome new guests who come recommended by people within our community.
Membership is not available through open enrollment.
Who is eligible?
Guests may be invited to join after completing a successful stay with 29 Nights.
Eligibility is based on the care shown toward the property, respect for house rules, communication with our team, and whether 29 Nights has formally welcomed the guest back.
New guests may request membership when referred by an approved source within the 29 Nights community.
Every referral is reviewed individually before membership is confirmed.
PREFERRED MEMBERS CLUB BENEFITS
Once approved, Preferred Members receive a personal discount code for 10% off their next eligible 29 Nights reservation.
The code is valid for one year and can be applied when booking directly through 29 Nights or through an eligible booking platform.
Welcome discount is valid for one eligible reservation booked within 12 months of membership approval. Codes are single-use, nontransferable, and must be applied before booking is completed.
Enjoy complimentary early check-in and late checkout whenever the reservation schedule allows.

For eligible City & Metro stays where paid parking applies, Preferred Members receive complimentary parking when booking directly.

We can send you a personal enrollment link by email or text. Open the link, confirm your information, and accept your Preferred Membership.
Eligible returning guests may authorize 29 Nights to complete enrollment using the contact information associated with their previous reservation.
Once you confirm that you would like to join, our team can take care of the enrollment for you—no additional form required.
Your membership benefits begin.
Once enrolled, you’ll receive confirmation from 29 Nights along with your personal, single-use code for 10% off your next eligible reservation. Your welcome code remains valid for 12 months.
You’ll also receive Preferred Member communications, select member rates, new-property announcements, and first access to eligible offers.
