The Arena sleeps up to four registered guests. The private bedroom includes a king bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for up to two additional guests. Rates and applicable fees may vary based on occupancy, so every overnight guest must be accurately included on the reservation. Elevator access is available, although guests may encounter steps when entering or moving through parts of the building. Contact 29 Nights before booking when specific accessibility accommodations are important to your stay.
The apartment shares a building with full-time residents. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and parties, gatherings, outside visitors, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Guests must treat the apartment, common areas, and surrounding community respectfully.
A dedicated on-site parking stall is available to rent for an additional nightly fee, subject to availability. Parking should be arranged in advance, and the associated parking fob must be returned by checkout.
This apartment is located in a shared residential building where neighboring homes are occupied by full-time residents. Guests may hear ordinary sounds of apartment living and nearby city activity, including footsteps, doors, conversations, traffic, deliveries, construction, or building operations.
The Arena is also located near Climate Pledge Arena and several popular restaurants and bars. On event days—especially before and after hockey games, concerts, and major events—the surrounding neighborhood can take on a lively, festive atmosphere, with increased pedestrian activity, traffic, music, and crowd noise.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, gatherings, unauthorized visitors, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Guests must remain considerate inside the apartment and throughout all hallways, stairwells, entrances, parking areas, and other shared spaces.
Dogs must be disclosed and approved before arrival, and applicable pet fees and restrictions apply. One dog is permitted unless additional pets receive prior written approval. Dogs may not be left unattended and must remain leashed or secured throughout the building’s common areas.
Check-in begins after 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM. The apartment offers self check-in with secure access. Early arrival and late checkout require advance written approval, and all keys, fobs, and access items must be returned by checkout.
The booking guest must provide accurate guest and pet information and complete any required rental agreements or identity-verification steps before arrival. Service and assistance animals are accommodated according to applicable law and booking-platform requirements.
An exterior Ring doorbell camera is installed at the apartment entrance and may record video and audio outside the home. It helps protect guests, residents, and the property. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are not permitted inside the apartment or building common areas. Guests must also comply with applicable Seattle and King County fire regulations.
Packages may not be shipped to the property, and guests do not have access to locked mailboxes. Please use a secure pickup location or another approved delivery option during your stay.
