Deer Valley accommodates up to 9 guests across three private bedrooms and the shared living area.

The sleeping arrangement includes:

• One sleeper sofa in the living room

Groups larger than seven should expect to use the sleeper sofa. Because it is located in a shared living area, it does not provide the same privacy as a traditional bedroom. Guests should review the sleeping arrangement carefully to ensure it works comfortably for everyone in their group.

The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For groups of seven to nine, an additional fee of $50 per person, per night applies. The reservation must accurately reflect the total guest count, and Deer Valley’s maximum occupancy of nine may not be exceeded.

Deer Valley is a single-level home, with all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and main living spaces located on one floor. However, guests must climb exterior steps to enter the house.

The property is not represented as ADA accessible. Guests should also expect a rural hillside setting with uneven outdoor surfaces and conditions that may be affected by rain, snow, ice, or darkness.

Accessing the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge requires traveling outdoors. Guests with limited mobility should review these considerations carefully and contact 29 Nights before booking with any specific accessibility questions.

Deer Valley is located on an open rural hillside with uneven ground, changing weather, wildlife, and neighboring private property nearby. Guests should use appropriate care outdoors, supervise children and dogs closely, and remain within the designated guest areas.

For legal and compliance purposes, 29 Nights collects the full name, email address, and mobile number of each guest after booking. Guests are also required to complete the applicable spa-amenity and liability waivers before arrival.

Snow and ice may affect the roads and driveway leading to Deer Valley. When winter conditions are present or forecast, all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended.

Guests arriving in a two-wheel-drive vehicle must be prepared with dedicated winter tires, properly sized tire chains, or other traction devices appropriate for the conditions. Low-clearance vehicles and vehicles without suitable winter traction may not be able to safely reach the property.

The outdoor cold plunge is seasonal and may be unavailable during periods of freezing weather, maintenance, water-quality concerns, or other conditions that prevent safe operation.

Availability cannot be guaranteed during every stay and may change with limited notice when conditions require it.

Deer Valley relies on a private septic system that requires careful use. Only toilet paper and human waste may be flushed, and food, grease, wipes, feminine-hygiene products, and other foreign materials must not be placed in toilets, sinks, or drains.

Rural utility interruptions, power outages, or temporary service issues may occasionally occur. Guests should report any loss of water, low pressure, plumbing concern, or utility interruption to 29 Nights promptly and should not attempt repairs themselves.

Deer Valley permits one disclosed and approved dog per reservation unless additional pets receive prior written authorization. The standard pet fee is $100 per dog.

Dogs may not be left unattended, must remain supervised and leashed outdoors, must stay off furniture, and may not disturb neighbors, enter spa amenities, roam onto neighboring property, or chase wildlife. Certain breeds require prior written authorization.
